Best Western Plus Hacienda Hotel Old Town – Hotel near airport in San Diego

My stay at the hotel was quite lovely. The room, although lacking a balcony, was still very adequate and beautifully appointed. It was spacious and comfortable. The service was great during check-in and throughout my stay, except for a slight delay due to a parking issue. The location, despite some confusion, was convenient and in a safe neighborhood with plenty of dining options nearby. The dining experience was enjoyable with a good variety of delicious foods. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall comfort of my stay.

The hotel is a good option to stay in the Old Town area with lots of things to do within walking distance. The rooms are clean and sanitized, but some updates are needed. Late-night noise from other guests can be a downside, such as smoking outside the rooms late at night.

The staff was friendly and helpful, especially during shuttle trips, but could improve the speed of service. The location was awesome, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, even receiving free drink vouchers. The dining experience was good, with tasty options available. Despite some minor downsides, the hotel facilities were satisfactory.

The hotel is conveniently located close to restaurants and features multiple elevators and staircases from the lobby. Although the rooms were cleaner this time, they appeared tired and not worth the rate charged.
